Help Mail provides a free, temporary, and disposable email address service. This service is intended for receiving emails for short periods and for anonymous use in registering for non-critical services or testing.

• Temporary Nature: All email addresses generated are temporary. They will expire and be permanently deleted automatically after a fixed time period, which is 5 days.
• No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the availability, storage, or continued functionality of any temporary email address or any received email. Use this service at your own risk.
• No Sending: Our service is for receiving emails only. Sending emails is strictly prohibited.

2. User Conduct and Restrictions

You agree not to use the Help Mail service for any unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to:

• Illegal Activities: Using the service for any purpose that violates local, state, national, or international law.
• Harmful Content: Sending, receiving, or linking to harmful, harassing, defamatory, or obscene content.
• Spamming: Using the temporary addresses to send unsolicited commercial emails (spam) or bulk messages.
• Sensitive Data: Using the temporary address for accounts or services that require high security, contain financial information, or store sensitive personal data.

We reserve the right to immediately and permanently delete any temporary email address found to be in violation of these terms without notice.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Help Mail service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• We disclaim any liability for the deletion, failure to store, or failure to deliver any emails.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Help Mail be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use the service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service.
• Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

5. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
