2. What the service is
HelpMail provides temporary, receive-only email inboxes that expire. Mailboxes are anonymous and tied to a browser session. There is no account, no mailbox recovery and no guarantee of delivery or retention.
3. Permitted use
- Receiving confirmation emails, codes and downloads for low-risk signups.
- Testing your own applications, signup flows and transactional email.
- Keeping marketing mail away from your permanent address.
4. Prohibited use
- Using an address to commit fraud, impersonate anyone, or evade a lawful ban or verification.
- Signing up for services where doing so breaks their terms, or where a disposable address is unsuitable, such as financial or identity accounts.
- Receiving illegal content, malware or stolen data.
- Automated abuse, including bulk mailbox creation, scraping, or attempts to disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
- Sending, or attempting to send, email from a HelpMail address.
5. Availability and limits
The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Mailboxes expire, messages may be deleted, and the service may be changed, limited or discontinued at any time. Attachment size and mailbox lifetime limits are enforced automatically.
6. Content and liability
You are responsible for the messages you choose to receive and for anything you do with their contents. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for lost data, missed messages, or damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
7. Advertising
The service is supported by advertisements placed by the operator through third-party networks. Advertisers are responsible for their own content, and advertisements never appear inside message bodies.
8. Enforcement
The operator may block addresses, domains or traffic patterns that appear abusive, and may remove mailboxes without notice. Serious abuse may be reported to the relevant service provider or authority.
